I have very fine hair that is thinning a bit at the top, and I had hoped this would help keep my scalp calm and prevent fallout. It seemed to do its job, but after a few uses I noticed dandruff, which I never had before, and my scalp seemed itchier than usual. I also noticed a bit of acne ON my scalp. I continued using it, hoping that my skin was just adjusting, but after a while I realized it wasn't helping me as much as I had hoped. Give it a try if your skin isn't prone to acne, and if your scalp isn't extremely sensitive!"
