All the stores seem to carry very soft bristled brushes that do nothing.My nutritionist told me to use a brush in shower and brush upwards towards the heart to open the lymphatic system. This brush even gives those instructions and with the firm, hard bristles, the brush really feels like it will do the job of opening the lymphatic system by brushing the skin. And the added plus is the all natural fibers and wood handle. Unlike other brushes, these fibers never seem to soften with age. It will last forever. A total win win and well worth the 10 price tag."
