Historically, sweetgrass has been a staple in Native American traditions. It is often braided before drying, a practice that signifies unity and strength in many indigenous cultures. Known as “the hair of mother earth” it is usually braided in 3s - representing mind, body and spirit. This offers a purifying, cleansing and soothing spray with sweet notes of vanilla and fresh cut hay.
The soothing properties of sweetgrass extend beyond its aromatic appeal; sweetgrass is valued for its ability to beautify appearance of the skin. Evenhealy's sweetgrass comes from Jud and Anne, stewards in Northern Washington. It is distilled in alembic copper stills at low temperatures over three to four hours. This slow, labor-intensive artisan process creates a vitalizing and energetic HydroSoul, offering subtle, aromatic hydration for all skin types.

Mist face with 5-10 sprays of hydrosol & press onto skin. Facial tonic hydrosols can be used throughout the day to tone, hydrate & refresh.
As a gentle morning cleanser, simply saturate skin & pat dry with a clean cloth. For optimal hydration & moisture, combine with evenhealy serums and/or moisturizers. Mist face with 5-10 sprays of hydrosol. In palms of hands, mix dime-sized amount of oil serum and/or a finger-full of moisturizer with 5-10 more sprays of hydrosol. Gently press mixture onto skin. Finishing with a misting of hydrosol.
