Liquid Iron Supplement
This liquid iron supplement provides a fruity tasting supply of iron. This iron supplement helps fulfill the daily requirement for iron and contains iron in bivalent form. This is absorbed readily by the human body: especially when taken in combination with vitamin C (vitamin C increases iron absorption.)
Fruit juice from concentrate: cherry, beetroot (20%), apple (19%), water, extract from: rosehip, chamomile, lemon balm, quack grass root, horsetail; fructose, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), ferrous gluconate (iron), thickening agents: guar seed flour, carob seed flour, pectin; natural flavours, nicotinamide (niacin), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin 5'-phosphate sodium (vitamin B2), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12)
Adults: 10ml 1-2 times daily. Children (4-12years): 5ml 1-2 times daily. Take roughly 1 hour before meals to prevent the absorption of the iron from being affected by other foods. Measuring spoon included. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
