Spray on a maxi or reusable pad or directly on sore perineal muscles after childbirth as often as needed. Remove straw for an inverted spray.
Mama tip #1 - Spritz the Spray on a pad and put the pad in your fridge or freezer before going into labor. After delivery, wear the pad for soothing and cooling relief - referred to as a 'padsicle'.
Mama tip #2 - For an inverted spray, remove the inner straw and hold upside down.
