Proraso Shave Soap, Refreshing and Toning formula, is developed for any beard or skin type on any man. Eucalyptus oil tones and purifies your facial hair and skin, while menthol helps refresh and revitalize. Proraso's Shave Soap is still made following a rigorous “hot soap” process, during which the soap is poured while hot and left to mature for 10 days in small batch—when much of the moisture evaporates—resulting in a more concentrated, richer semi-solid soap that produces an amazing lather and professional quality shave with a brush.

Directions

Apply with a shave brush to damp skin; work up a rich lather. Use after applying pre-shave cream. Finish with Proraso After Shave Lotion and/or Balm.

Proraso - none better

"This is my favorite shave soap. I have found nothing that can even approach Proraso for a close, very comfortable shave. Badger brush, wash your face with noxema and hot water, brush in Proraso, and go at it with your favorite razor. Two passes: one with the grain, one across the grain - short strokes, keeping the razor rinsed between strokes. Rinse your face with warm and then cold water and apply a thin layer of noxema, rubbing it in well, rinse again with cold water and your favorite after shave. You're on top of the world!"

"It is just plain hard to beat the Proraso tub creams -- pick whichever one you like. Use it with a good brush, just like the previous reviewer described. I use a great variety of shaving soaps and creams -- creams in the summer, soaps in the winter. You can't go wrong with one of these eucalyptus/menthol Italian jobs. Refreshing!"
