These new Eau de Toilettes are simply fragrance, water, and 'alcool superfin' (very nice alcohol). Eau de Toilette (8-15% fragrance oils) is more concentrated than cologne (5%), but not as over-powering as parfum (22%). So go ahead and splash it on with reckless abandon.

- do you happen to know if Provence Sante changed the formula of their Vervain perfume? I've been buying it for about 5 years now. I last purchased a bottle in Feb. and it is completely different (not very lemony and somewhat unpleasant to my nose). I'm desperate to find the vervain I've used since 2015.
- Fragrances from this line are made in small batches. Each batch will produce a slightly different bottle. I do apologize this particular bottle is not to your liking, but as far as we know, the formula has not changed. I hope this helps. Please enjoy your day
