Bizzarria is an original, unexpected Eau de Parfum that pairs the hesperides traits with the resounding notes of cedarwood. Bizzarria is the most peculiar citrus tree of all: it brings the characteristics of lemon, bitter orange and etrog together. First studied in the Medicean gardens in 1644, it now returns to life thanks to its serendipitous rediscovery in the garden of Villa Medicea di Castello in 1980. Bizzarria Eau de Parfum is an ode to singularity. A bizzarria never chooses its shape one way or another, a bizzarria always creates a new original singularity, for each one of its unique fruits.
The olfactory architecture of Bizzarria Eau de Parfum intrigues since the beginning, enthralling its guests with timur pepper and the unmistakable, ambiguous sweetness of neroli. It goes on telling its incredible polytropic qualities with the heart notes of orange blossom absolute, davana and ginger. At the base, cedar wood and musk: the enveloping attitudes that make the impression of beauty last, over the dazzle, en profondeur.

First founded in 1221 in Florence by Dominican friars creating herbal remedies to use in their monastery, Officinia Profumo Farmaceutica de Santa Maria Novella is one of the world's oldest standing pharmacies. Santa Maria Novella specializes in luxury bath and body products, as well as divine colognes still true to their centuries-old formulations. Some of their most sought-after creations include rich hand and foot creams, aromatic potpourri (still fermented in terracotta jars as it was 800 years ago!), and fragrant bath soaps. Not to mention their fragrances, which have a cult following of their own! The products are still made on-site at their own factory in Florence, Italy, never tested on animals, and made using local ingredients whenever possible. Carefully handmade according to age-old recipes and artisanal methods, the preparations maintain a spirit of historical elegance.
