The mild, tropical climate of this region has proven ideal for cultivating the strong, spicy teas that Assam is known for. This delicate, gold-tipped tea is bold, deep and smooth in flavor with a spicy aroma and malty notes.
Pour one cup of boiling water (203-212°F), over one heaping teaspoon of tea. Steep 4-5 minutes. Strain and drink.
