This smooth & mellow blend is a combination of 9 herbs, florals and warming aromatic spices chosen specifically for their reputation as respiratory superstars! Nettle, Mullein, Holy Basil and Thyme form the foundation of this nurturing respiratory tea, lending support to the lungs and entire respiratory system overall. Elderflower, Cardamom and Ginger help keep airways clear and relaxed. Licorice root and Malva flower round out the flavor with a balancing, sweet and mellow tone. Try Breathe Free Tea to keep you breezing through the change of seasons or anytime your breathing needs a boost! Formulated in-house, exclusively for Smallflower. As we continue to improve our loose herb and tea packaging, you may receive a canister with either label pictured above.

Stinging Nettle leaf, Licorice root, Cardamom pods, Ginger root, Elderflower, Mullein leaves, Thyme leaf, Holy Basil leaf, Malva flowers

Hot infusion: Pour one cup of boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of tea. Steep for 8-10 mins, strain and drink. Be sure to inhale the beneficial steam! 

Cold Brew: For 32oz of iced herbal tea: Place 16g of tea in a tea pot or reusable cotton tea bag in a mason jar. Pour 32oz of cold water over herbs so they are as submerged as possible. Cover and refrigerate. Steep for 6-8 hours or overnight. Strain and drink. Will keep refrigerated for 2-3 days.
