For Hot Tea: Pour one cup of boiling water (203-212°F) over one heaping teaspoon of tea. Steep 4-5 minutes. Strain and drink.
For Iced Tea: Use 1-2 teaspoons per 8oz of water. Follow instructions for hot tea, strain, and refrigerate covered overnight.
