Holy Basil has adaptogenic powers to support balance in the nervous system, while bringing subtle flavor notes of mint, citrus and peppery spice. Stinging Nettle Leaf fills in all the spaces in between, adding a rich nutrient and mineral profile and its verdant green hues. Peppermint and Lemongrass turn up the mint and citrus flavors a notch, while adding their own benefits to the nervous, digestive and immune systems. Oatstraw is here to bring a smooth roundness to the blend in both flavor and function, while Myrtle adds some accent notes of pure radiance and sunshine! Mint Refresher is a soothing, uplifting and delicious blend - formulated to be a versatile everyday tea, either as a traditional hot cup, or brewed cold and served over ice.
Hot Infusion: Use 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per 8oz of water. Steep 8-10mins. Strain and drink.
Cold brew: Use 3-4 tablespoons of herbs per 16oz of cold water. Keep refrigerated and steep for 8-10 hours or overnight. Strain and drink.
