Hot: Pour one cup of boiling water over one heaping teaspoon of herbs. Steep for 5-8 minutes. Strain and drink, or pour into a large bowl for a facial steam.
Cold brew: Use 1/4 cup of herbs per 16oz of cold water. Keep refrigerated and steep for 8-12 hours or longer. Strain and drink. Consume within 3-4 days.
