Hibiscus is widely recognized throughout the world as a refrigerant herb, especially in tropical climates - it does most of the heavy lifting in this blend, contributing the vibrant red hue and brilliant tart fruity flavor. Holy Basil and Lemon Balm bring their uplifting, adaptogenic charms, brightening the tart flavor with some peppery, fresh mint-iness. Sage is another very cooling herb with an affinity for the circulatory system - helping to disperse all that herbal cooling power from head to toe! Rose and Oatstraw round out the blend with their nourishing, spirit-restoring “chill” qualities, adding a smooth, mellow note to the tea.
