For Respiratory Health

Pine Needles are the leaves of the Eurasian conifer, Pinus Sylvestris, or Scots Pine. The needles are usually less than 6 inches long and grow in bundles of two. Pine needles contain Vitamin C, Vitamin A and volatile oils. They make a very mild and pleasant tea, traditionally used to support respiratory health.

As we continue to improve our loose herb and tea packaging, you may receive a canister with either label pictured above.
Directions

Instructions: Pour one cup of boiling water over one heaping teaspoon of herbs. Steep for four to five minutes, or longer according to taste. Strain and drink.
