This limited edition Sunshine tea is a mood support tea, here to help us on the last leg of long journey towards Spring! St. John’s Wort, Rosemary, Orange and Myrtle are all herbs associated with the sun and were the first to come to mind when formulating this blend. St. John’s Wort* is famous for its mood-lifting powers. Rosemary is widely used as a circulatory stimulant with an affinity for the brain - so it’s perfect for clearing away a cold winter’s fog! Orange peel, Rosehip, Lemongrass and Hibiscus join forces here to add a bright & tart citrus snap of flavor, while Ginger adds the heat and spice for a little boost of fiery energy. Standard infusion: Pour one cup of boiling water over one heaping teaspoon of herbs. Steep for 6-8 minutes. Strain and drink.

Cold Brew: Cold brew: Use 1/4 cup of herbs per 16oz of cold water. Keep refrigerated and steep for 6-8 hours or overnight. Strain and drink.
