Mild and Unique
White Monkey was originally grown in the village of Fujin, China at such high altitudes, it needed to be plucked by monkeys. Now, the harvesting is done by expertly trained humans over the course of several days. But the combination of these high altitudes followed by minimal processing give rise to the character of this unique and fascinating tea. A very mild tasting cup with subtle notes of honey, perfect for white tea lovers too.
Pour one cup of hot water (176-194°F), over one heaping teaspoon of tea. Steep 1-3 minutes. Strain and drink.
