Per 1 Lozenge: Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxal-5'-phosphate [Coenzymated]) - 335mcg (20% DV) Melatonin - 2.5mg Other Ingredients: sorbitol, mannitol, natural orange flavor, magnesium stearate, and stearic acid.

Directions

1 lozenge at bedtime. For best results, allow to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.
