Ingredients

Per 1 Lozenge: Melatonin - 2.5mg Other Ingredients: sorbitol, mannitol, natural peppermint flavor, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate.

Directions

1 lozenge at bedtime. For best results, allow to dissolve in the mouth before swallowing.
