Moringa oleifera is a tree native to the sub-Himalayan regions of India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bangladesh, where Ayurvedic healers have prized it for 3,000 years. Nicknamed the "wonder tree," it is composed of a silvery bark and delicate, oval-shaped leaves, grows quickly and generally reaches a maximum height of about 40 feet. We source some of our favorite moringa from Sri Lanka, where farmers harvested the leaves sustainably throughout the year, then dry and cut them for our tea. Coupled with the gently minty additions of sage and spearmint, this wonderful tea contributes to a healthier you.
