Good Taste
"Like that it's simple ingredients, and not too many other active ingredients like additional vitamins or anything. The taste is pretty tart, but I enjoy that."

Key Ingredients:
Creatine: OptiCreatine™ is a next-generation creatine designed for maximum absorption and real results. Unlike traditional creatine, OptiCreatine™ is formulated with advanced delivery technology that enhances bioavailability—meaning you get more out of every scoop. The result? Faster strength gains, improved endurance, and accelerated recovery, all without the bloating or discomfort some creatines can cause.
Sodium: important for fluid balance and cellular communication. True Grace's salt is mined from the earth using wells built over salt beds by creating by a brine that is then evaporated using heat from the sun to recover the salt.
Potassium: supports blood pressure, fluid balance, and muscle health to reduce cramps from exercise. Potassium along with sodium help convert stored energy into cellular energy.
Chloride: Chloride helps to maintain pH balance and cell function, aiding oxygen and CO2 flow.
Magnesium: Magnesium is beneficial for heart health and stress support. In fact, stress rapidly depletes your body’s magnesium levels making supplementation important.
