It encourages remineralization of tooth enamel by neutralizing acids and bacteria, supplying calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus for strengthening teeth, and maintaining a naturally alkaline pH. Directions
Recommended daily use: Shake vigorously. Dispense approximately 1 tsp in your mouth (1 capful), swish for two to five minutes, then spit out. No need to rinse afterwards. For a milder mouthwash, follow first time user directions below.
First time or non-daily users: Dilute 50/50 with water in a cup for the first two weeks of use, then work to full strength as tolerated. Due to alkalinity and pure, potent essential oils, it may take some time for your tastebuds to acclimate. Okay to continue diluting to your comfort as desired.
If you experience sensitivity or taste loss: Dilute further or discontinue use.
