First, wash hair with Uppercut Deluxe Strength and Restore Shampoo, Detox, and Degrease or Clear Scalp. Then apply Uppercut Deluxe Strength and Restore Conditioner to wet hair, and massage it into the hair. Rinse and repeat if necessary.
